Clarity Breathwork circles provide an intimate environment in which breathers come together with intention to support one another in letting go what no longer serves, and moving to their next level of growth and acceptance.   Participants co-create a sacred community by sharing with and witnessing one another, exploring through dyad processes, and breathing together.  After their breathwork session, participants are invited to share their experience as part of the integration process.  Groups are attended by trained Clarity Breathwork practitioners.  

Circles are intended as an introduction for those new to the practice, and as a way to support those doing private sessions, or who have done a series of sessions in the past, to be able to breathe more often.  Groups are a taste of what’s possible, or a place to practice once you’ve developed your skills.  Groups are intended to complement, rather than replace, private session work.

Maggie Ostara held monthly breathwork circles for over three years in the SF East Bay. She currently offers quarterly Clarity Breathwork circles that are open to new and experienced breathers.
