Ashanna Solaris has been a facilitator in the healing arts for the past 20 years and has supported hundreds of people in transforming their consciousness and their lives. She has been a Clarity Breathwork Trainer for the past eleven years and a Clarity Breathwork Practitioner since 1995. She is currently training with Somatic Experiencing, the work of Dr. Peter Levine, see www.traumahealing.com.  Ashanna is also an Intuitive Counselor, Reiki Master, Teacher of the Awakening Your Light Body Course, Women’s Empowerment Guide, and Certified Hypnotherapist.  Her passion is to support her client’s in unraveling birth and childhood trauma and supporting them in attracting and having healthy, loving relationships. She also enjoys supporting her clients to open to their spiritual growth and to find and live their life purpose.
 
Ashanna studied theater at New York University which led her to path of healing and personal growth including shamanism, intuitive arts, energy healing, hypnotherapy and past life regression, rebirthing and breathwork, meditation, performance, dance, ritual. She later completed her B.A. at California Institute of Integral Studies.
 
Ashanna currently lives in Berkeley, California where she has her private practice and leads retreats to Costa Rica, Maui,  & Mt. Shasta . Ashanna also teaches courses in all levels of Reiki, Awakening Your Light Body, Women’s Rites of Passages & Embracing the Sacred Feminine, Clarity Breathwork Trainings all levels.
