This two-day intensive provides the opportunity to accelerate your own personal and spiritual growth.  We provide information on the components of Clarity Breathwork (the breath itself, metaphysical perspective, and community).  Working from the premise that beliefs are creative, participants explore how imprints from birth, early childhood, and past lives may be affecting their lives now.  Breathwork sessions and transformational processes guide participants to release these imprints and limiting thoughts and beliefs from the cells of their bodies.  Core limiting beliefs are identified and transformed.  Forgiveness processes assist in letting go of old beliefs, patterns and resentments.  Focus on the truth of who you are aids in embodying and living it!

Breath and Transformation is designed both for those wanting to deepen their personal growth, and those wanting to become Clarity Breathwork practitioners.  It meets all requirements for Level I of our professional training program.  Depending on which trainers are teaching this component, various emphases may be offered such as: Breath, Transformation & Movement; Breath & Relationship; Breath, Sacred Sound & Transformation.

Breath and Transformation is typically offered as a weekendretreat or workshop (Friday evening-Sunday evening) several times ayear, primarily in Northern California, with occasional trainings inother locales.  Contact one of the trainers if you’d like to organizeone in your area.

Mount Shasta Intensive Level II

The Mount Shasta Intensives are held at Stewart Mineral Springs in Weed, CA. The water here is the highest mineral content of anywhere in the continental U.S. and is highly purifying and healing.  The setting is pristine, relaxing and rejuvenating.  Many of our deepest transformations have taken place on this sacred land in the environs of Mt. Shasta.
