Kathleen Rich-New

Keeping well centered on her spiritual path while working as a human resources professional for over 25 years with companies that included Apple Computer, Nortel and Silicon Graphics (SGI), Kathleen has developed a unique blend of practical spirituality that works in today’s world. She brings keen insight and clear intuition into her work with clients. Kathleen’s sense of humor and easy laughter bring clarity, insight and ease to all that work with her.

Kathleen holds Clarity Breathwork, NLP and Sunan certifications. She has studied Space Clearing with Karen Kingston, Fung Shui with Nancy SantoPietro and Reiki. She is a graduate of Tony Robbins’ Mastery University and is a fire-walker.  In addition she earned a MBA from the University of North Texas (the same school as Dr. Phil McGraw) and a Masters of Management in International Human Resources from the University of Dallas.  

Co-Founder and President of Clarity Works!, she is also a business coach for professionals through presidents, a human resources consultant and a speaker. Kathleen is an adjunct professor for Webster University’s Graduate School of Business and Technology.

Bob New

Drawing on over 30 years of experience in education as member of the staff at Duke University and corporate training and consulting with GTE, Bob brings a unique, seasoned perspective to his new career as a breathwork and success coach.  His skills as a trainer and presenter make his workshops fun as well as informative.  Bob is well known and loved for his gentle nature and his sense of humor.

Bob is a native of North Carolina and holds an undergraduate degree in English and an MBA degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.  Bob served as an officer in the Navy during the Viet Nam era.  In addition to Clarity Breathwork certification, he has also studied Space Clearing with Karen Kingston and is a graduate of Anthony Robbins’ Mastery University and is a three time fire-walker.  Bob and Kathleen share in the management of their human resources consulting practice, Clarity Works! in Merritt Island FL.
