Yoga, Breathwork, Divine Mother Pujas, Chanting, Meditation, Movement, Dance, Sacred Rituals, and plenty of time in the springs. Dana DeLong is a Clarity Breathwork Practitioner and Trainer with over twenty four years of experience teaching in the global Breathwork Community and leading women’s groups. Dana is an accomplished flautist and recording artist. Dana guides groups to sacred places all over the world from Bali to India. Ashanna Solaris is a Clarity Breathwork Practitioner and Trainer, Reiki Master, Sound Healer, Hypnotherapist and Light Body teacher. She has an extensive background in theater & performance, women’s spirituality and twenty years as a healing arts practitioner facilitating both individual and group healing and transformation.
Yoga with Sarah Mangion!
Sarah Mangion was trained and certified in traditional Hatha Yoga at Uttar Pradesh Yoga Training and Research Association in Varanasi, India in 1999. There, she was chosen to apprentice a retiring yogi and, in the traditional way, learned all that his teacher had taught him including meditation, and chanting. Since India, Sarah has received training in Ashtanga, Anusara, Restorative, and Iyengar modalities. She description of Sacred Flow below.

Sacred Flow Description:
Join Sarah in this all-levels vinyasa class designed to stretch, strengthen and reconnect your spirit back to its source. Sarah's training in traditional hatha and anusara influenced flow is synthesized with awakening the mind to the sacred through each breath. Starting off slow with a meditation, chanting, or pranayama, and working up to a vinyasa flow, splashed with dips into rose petaled thoughts. The class then comes to the floor with inversions, bridge work, core work and yummy restorative poses. This class offers many options for poses so that it is welcome to advanced or beginner practitioners. Treat yourself to the inherent divine healing of yoga's true magic. Love offering of $10 - $15.
