Our Clarity Breathwork circles provide a supportive environment for self reflection and coming together with intention to let go what no longer serves, and opening to greater aliveness, vitality, and personal freedom. 

Participants co-create a safe community by sharing with and witnessing one another, exploring through dyad processes, and breathing in a group.  Breathers are supported by trained Clarity Breathwork practitioners.  After their breathwork session, participants are invited to share in partners, then with the group, as part of the integration process. Participants are also welcome to write in their journals and remain more internal, as their intuition leads them.  

Special introductory rate:  $25 paid in advance.
